Treatment planning and trial review
Treatment plan and Trial matching begin with an advisory draft. You review the evidence, decide what remains current, and record any planning choice in OncoBrain. The product does not turn a draft into a prescription, enrollment, or other real-world action.

Review a treatment draft
After you generate a Treatment plan draft, use the four views to answer different questions.

Open the evidence behind a consequential claim. Check its source, its relevance to the patient, and the open questions shown in the draft.
If Comparison or Flowchart needs another attempt, retry that view. The cited draft stays available. A failed Flowchart does not invalidate a completed Comparison.
Save a revised draft
In Draft, make the changes needed for your clinical review and select Save new version. OncoBrain keeps the original AI draft and the clinician-authored revision as separate versions.
A saved revision does not update a previous working selection. Review the revised draft and choose the option again if you want the selection to reflect it.
Choose and review a working option
Choosing an option records the option and its planning schedule as they appeared at that time. Use Matrix to inspect the resulting cycles and doses, then record changes in the matrix when necessary.
The matrix can show timing, medication, route, dose, monitoring, readiness, and projected dates after you enter a start date. It does not:
- prescribe or transmit medication orders;
- verify the final protocol, organ function, interactions, or pharmacy rules;
- create appointments or infusion bookings; or
- write to an EHR.
When the case or treatment draft changes, the previous draft and working option remain readable. Refresh the draft and confirm the option again before treating it as current.
Review trial proposals
Trial Matching uses the internal trial documents available to your organization when you start the draft. It can identify potentially relevant studies, show facts that support or conflict with criteria, and point out missing information. The study details shown in the review come from the saved trial record, not from the AI text.
For each material criterion, choose the status that you determine is correct:

| Not applicable | The saved draft explains why the criterion does not apply. |
After reviewing the criteria, choose one trial to pursue or choose none, then record your rationale. This review does not establish formal eligibility, current recruitment, cohort capacity, site acceptance, consent, randomization, or enrollment.
Refresh when the case changes
A treatment or trial review can show Needs refresh after a new source, confirmed chart change, revised treatment draft, or changed active trial record. The previous review remains available, but update the draft before making a current planning or trial decision.
